NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

I hereby give notice that the Annual Parish Meeting for the above named parish
will be held at Wolvistion Community Centre West Hartlepool Road Wolviston Cleveland TS22 5LA
commencing at 5 p.m. on Thursday 21st May 2026.
PLEASE NOTE TIME AND LOCATION

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors for
the Parish. It is NOT a meeting of the Parish Council. Anyone may attend but only
registered electors of Wynyard Parish (Stockton) may speak and vote. The
purpose of the meeting is so that the Parish Council can explain what it has been
doing over the last year and to enable the electors to have their say on anything
they consider is important to the people of the Parish.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
I hearby give notice that a meeting of an above-named parish council will be held
at Wynyard Church of England Primary School, School Hall, Ground Floor,
Redwood Drive, Wynyard, TS22 5UB commencing at 6:30 p.m, on Tuesday, 19th
May 2026.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of
considering and resolving the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out
hereunder. There will be no public participation at the Annual General Meeting of
the Parish Council. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting but
will not be able to speak unless invited to do so at the discretion of the Chairman.

I hereby give notice that a meeting of the above-named parish council will be held
at Wynyard Church of England Primary School, School Hall, Ground Floor,
Redwood Drive, Wynyard, TS22 5UB commencing at 6:45 p.m. or directly after
the close of the preceding Annual Parish Meeting, whichever is the later, on
Tuesday, 19th May 2026.
All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of
considering and resolving the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out
hereunder. Background documents which are referred to in the agenda or were
circulated in preparation for the meeting are published as part of the agenda.
